What We've DoneWe've acquired, renovated, and managed a portfolio of single-family rental homes in the Houston metro area. Every aspect — from property research to day-to-day management through custom-built software — has been handled internally.
We've built and deployed 13+ production applications across fintech, property management, IoT, productivity, and DevOps. These run on our own infrastructure — a dedicated server managed through PM2, backed by MSSQL, and built with Node.js, Python, and PHP.
We've integrated artificial intelligence into our existing operations — from AI-powered email classification and task automation to AI-assisted development workflows that accelerated the creation of our entire software portfolio.
